One of Morgan's requests for our Florida vacation was to go to a bid sanctuary...so we did.

This poor guy had a rough time at this point was asking to go home. He had just stopped walking right on top of an ant hill and was quickly covered...so he sat down! Now there are ants all over him...thankfully, these ones didn't bite. We got him brushed off and went to feed some birds where he bumped his head on a palm tree thorn...tiny scrape, but there was blood. ooph! He rallied...and the rest of the day was all smiles and laughs.

This African Grey was awesome. He whistled and meowed and was just a cool bird. Almost made me want one until I learned they can live like...forever!
